Shipping, Exchange and Payment Options.

1. DELIVERY

Delivery in Slovenia, the EU and outside is carried out by Pošta Slovenije. ​

The cost of delivery within Slovenia is €5
Delivery is free for purchases over €100 in the online store.


Delivery costs within the EU
(with tracking) are as follows:
Purchases of 2-5 kg: 30 EUR
For a small purchase, write: handmade.olena21@gmail.com

Shipping costs to the US and Canada (with tracking) are as follows:
Purchases of 2-5 kg: 50 EUR
For a small purchase, write: handmade.olena21@gmail.com

2. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time of the order of crochet materials (yarn, accessories) 2-5 working days. 

The delivery time of handbags depends on the monthly demand, but varies between 30-60 days. Delivery is not included, as it depends on each country separately.

3. RETURN OF GOODS and PURCHASE FEE

The buyer has the right to notify the company within 14 days after taking over the product that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. Report this to the e-mail address: handmade, olena21@gmail.com. In this case, only the costs of returning the goods are charged to the consumer.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer acquires actual possession of the goods.

The buyer must notify the company of the withdrawal from the contract with an unequivocal statement from which it is clear that he is withdrawing from the contract. The withdrawal statement must be sent within the deadline set for withdrawing from the contract. A message is considered timely if it is sent within the deadline. 

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the company will return all payments received immediately, or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

We can delay the payment refund until the returned goods are received or until you receive proof that you sent the goods back. 

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible in special cases, if the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the order, he must send the goods undamaged, unused and in unreduced quantity to the provider within 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the order has been sent. Proof of purchase (online receipt) must be attached. Although not required, we will be happy to provide a reason for the return.

The provider does not have to accept the goods and thereby the buyer withdraws from the contract (and consequently refunds the purchase price) if the goods or their packaging are damaged or their quantity has decreased.

The buyer can return the goods by:

1) to send the postal shipment to the provider address below, where by the costs of returning the goods are covered by the buyer.

In case of exchange of goods, which is not the result of a complaint, the buyer covers all costs related to this, i.e. the cost of returning the goods, the costs of resending the goods and any price difference. 

There are NO refunds for custom handbags unless:

- the bag is not the right model, color. (Example: Aurora in black with silver accessories was ordered; Anily in red with gold accessories was taken). In this case, we will refund the purchase price if you decide to do so.
