Data processing and storage
By consenting to the storage, processing and transmission of personal data by participating in prize games, subscribing to e-newsletters or making online purchases, the user allows HANDMADE, Olena Tsyganova s.p. and to the contractual processor, processing and storage of provided personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. With the given consent, the user allows the company HANDMADE, Olena Tsyganova s.p., to process the collected personal data for the purposes of sampling, surveying and statistical data processing, for determining the use of services, adjusting the offer and segmentation, for market research, information about offers, innovations and benefits.
The collected data will not be forwarded to third parties.
The specified data may be processed by the company HANDMADE, Olena Tsyganova sp, and the contractual processor for their own needs until the consent is revoked with the request to remove personal data from the database, otherwise only for as long as is absolutely necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected , i.e. 10 years for buyers of the HANDMADE online store Olena Tsyganova s.p., or until the operator ceases its activity on the market. During the management of personal data, the individual has the possibility of viewing and updating data in the database upon request.
Responsibility
The provider does not assume responsibility for possible consequences when using the online store and the contents included in it. The provider strives to present as accurate and up-to-date information as possible, while not excluding possible inadvertent errors regarding prices, delivery dates, product descriptions, etc. in the online store and does not assume any compensation or other responsibility for them. The provider respects conscientious and honest business practices, and expects the customer to review the final invoice before payment and to notify him of any irregularities in advance. The buyer is bound by responsibility for the legal transaction that occurs upon payment of the purchase price, thereby conclusively acknowledging the correctness of the final invoice and the ordered goods.
